Effective internal communication

Internal communication is critical to a successful employee share plan, so we assist you with all aspects of communication to your staff. We can provide templates for explanatory booklets, application forms, share agreements and other materials. We can also offer supporting presentations to employees and telephone helplines, and an online and paper response channels.

We offer two types of employee share plans.

Share Incentive Plans (SIPs)

These plans allow your employees to buy shares through deductions from their gross salary (i.e. before tax and NI contributions deducted). We can provide everything you need to implement and operate a SIP, including trusteeship, plan administration and stockbroking services.

Save As You Earn (SAYE or Sharesave)

SAYE schemes enable employees to become shareholders in your company through share options linked to a tax-efficient savings scheme using deductions from their net pay. We provide a comprehensive service in the UK and Ireland covering implementation, ongoing administration and maturity of your SAYE scheme.
