We have tried to make the Insights website accessible and easy to use for everyone, whichever browser you use and whether or not you have any disabilities.
Its layout takes into account users who are blind or visually impaired. It is fully compatible with popular screen-reading software. If you have difficulty using a mouse, you can navigate the site using only a keyboard.
Most browsers enable you to resize text on screen so you can read it easily. This feature is available in the menu of various browsers as follows:
|Internet Explorer 7, 8 (PC)||Page > Zoom|
|Internet Explorer 5, 5.5, 6 (PC)||View > Text Size|
|Firefox, Netscape 8||View > Text Size|
|Opera||View > Zoom|
|Netscape 6, 7, Mozilla||View > Text Zoom|
|Safari (Mac)||View > Make Text Bigger|
If you are using a modern browser and have a mouse with a wheel, you can also alter the size of text by holding down ctrl (PC) or command (Mac) on your keyboard while scrolling up and down with the mouse wheel.
We have tried to design the site with enough contrast to make it easy to understand, but if any colour combination causes you problems please contact us.
If a link opens in a new window, this will be indicated by a pop-up title text. We try to make sure that link names are distinct and not repeated on pages.
In technical language, all pages on this site should be valid to Extensible Hyper Text Mark-up Language (XHTML) 1.0 Strict and use structured semantic markup and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
This website conforms to the Guidelines endorsed by the Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB). and supports the Worldwide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0, Level AA, to ensure a Web accessibility standard has been achieved and is maintained.
