At Barclays Personal Investment Management (BPIM), we believe that you should receive the highest possible standard of service alongside the best investment performance.

We know that our clients value having a personal relationship with the people managing their finances. As a client of BPIM, you will have a dedicated, Investment Servicing Manager on hand to update you on your investments. You will be given their direct line telephone number so they can answer any questions.

We will make sure you are kept informed of market factors which could affect the value of your investment, including information on your investment product, the wider financial markets and the service we provide. We do this through:

• Regular individual correspondence
• Client Matters, our quarterly publication
• Market View, our monthly stock market update
• BPIM Radio
• 'BPIM Experience Day' events

How do I know how my investments are performing?

• Reports are issued twice a year, giving a breakdown of the holdings in the Investment Management Service, a valuation and a summary of all transactions. Reports will include a measure of performance.
• Contract notes are issued following each sale and purchase. This provides you with a record of the transactions for future reference.
• Your Investment Servicing Manager is available to discuss your portfolio when required.

Your Investment Servicing team

Based in Glasgow, the Investment Servicing team are all qualified to look after the day-to-day management of your portfolio. If your own Investment Servicing Manager is not available, one of their colleagues will be able to deal with your query quickly and efficiently.

Investment Servicing Managers are your first point of contact, but there are a lot of other people working on our team to make sure that you get the most from BPIM:

• The Client Experience Team makes sure that your service is of the highest quality, from offering informed communications through to organising events.
• Our Investment and Product Managers work to enhance our portfolios for your benefit.
